I joined Phoneworcs as Accounts Manager to assist with putting Billing and Accounts Management Systems in place.My experience in Accounts Management and with Xero meant that I was quickly able to setup the company accounts and automate our processes from raising customer quotes through to collecting payments via direct debit giving us extra time to focus on our customers.

I joined Fastsms as an Accounts Manager which was a very diverse role including Order and Payment Processing, Handling Customer Account Queries, Credit Control and managing all aspects of the companies Accounts, such as Sales and Purchase Ledgers, Processing Payments, Bank Reconciliation and filing the VAT.There were times when I had sole responsibility for the company accounts but regularly shared responsibilities with another Accounts Manager on a job share basis and supported other members of the team when needed too.We initially used Sage Accounts, but then migrated over to Xero which was much more user friendly and better suited how we operated. In addition to the Accounts Software we also utilised Credit Card and Direct Debit Processing Systems, Credit Checking Services, Zoho CRM and all the usual Microsoft Applications.
