Prior to that position, served as a Director of Academic Advising and Exploration Center, a Special Advisor to the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences for Academic Advising, Retention, and Recruitment and the Director of the Student Success Center. 20+ years of experience writing, influencing, and implementing academic advising, career development, orientation, tutoring, supplemental instruction and student success policy. Administrative career demonstrates an unyielding commitment to opening access to advising, tutoring, supplemental instruction and other support systems for all students. Tracking and responding to access and student satisfaction and assessing the impact of services on student success/retention serve as the foundation from which I built proven orientation, advising, career, engagement, and tutoring programs.
