During my stay in Plymouth, I learned how to manage large datasets containing RNAseq data with RStudio. A special focus during this stay was on the visualization of differential expression data. Additionally, I studied a variety of bioinformatic tools to extract protein and genetic information.

During my stay in Olso, I learned how to prepare samples for both transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and for scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and how to use the TEM and SEM. Additionally, I studied how to analyze and edit images taken with SEM and TEM.
