1. Calendar and Schedule Management:- Coordinate and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.- Prioritize and manage conflicting demands to optimize the executive's time and productivity.2. Communication Management:- Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive.3. Travel Coordination:- Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas.- Provide detailed travel packs with relevant documents, directions, and contact information.4. Administrative Support:- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.- Prepare expense reports, manage invoices, and track reimbursements.- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient operation.5. Meeting and Event Support:- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, conferences, and events.- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, presentations, and follow-up documentation.6. Personal Assistance:- Handle personal errands and tasks, such as grocery shopping, appointments, and reservations.- Manage household-related matters, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination.7. Confidentiality and Discretion:- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal and professional matters.- Handle sensitive information and situations with discretion and professionalism.8. Relationship Management:- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external contacts.- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
