They have a state-of-the art Network Management Centre, 120+ GPS-enabled line haul trucks, more than 700 couriers operating out of 26 branches and depots, and three Boeing 737-400 air freighters.In my role of Customer Service Team Leader I managed a team of 10 customer service representatives which involved supporting staff through call coaching to ensure customer needs are exceeded. I also assisted in escalated customer situations and monitoring of calls and giving regular feedback on performance.
