These include Cytric, Amadeus, Concur, GetThere and Evolvi. These tools permit our clients to book flights, hotels, car hire and rail bookings. My role is to talk our clients through how to use the booking tools if they are having issues. If they are experiencing error messages then I will investigate what the cause of these messages are, and provide a solution. This involves analysing reservation logs and system settings.I also use the Galileo and sabre GDS to process amendments to bookings made on the booking tools. I also use the GDS to check availability and payment details.Another role of mine is to book low cost flights, via the Amadeus AETM booking tool.More recently I have also taken on additional training roles for other colleagues.
