I am the Executive Vice President of Group Brand, Marketing, and Sales at DNB, Norway's largest financial services group. In this role, I manage group marketing, branding, and customer experience for the bank's digital channels, including mobile and online banking. Additionally, I am an integral part of the retail market's leadership team, where I actively contribute to strategy development.For the retail market, my responsibilities encompass various aspects, including digital sales, optimizing the sales process between digital and assisted sales channels, managing third-party agreements, market analysis, customer programs, strategic ownership of customer data, and use of generative AI in customer dialogue. I also serve on the Innovation Board of the retail market. Furthermore, I serve on the board of DNB Eiendom, the Group's real estate brokerage company, and as a deputy member of the board of Stiftelsen VI.With over 20 years of experience in management, sales and marketing across diverse sectors and businesses, including positions at Leo Burnett, The Coca-Cola Company, and roles ranging from Creative Director and Partner at a PR agency to Guest Lecturer at a business school, Communication Manager at a brewery, and a fashion group, my expertise is well-rounded. I hold a Master of Marketing Management from BI Norwegian Business School and have twice completed the DNB Leadership Program "Change" at IMD Business School, as well as being an Alumni from The Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.I have also published several books and am a recipient of numerous awards for my work, both nationally and internationally. I have been recognized as a "European Maverick Thinker" by Eurobest and received the Media Forum's Honorary Award in 2021. Furthermore, I have held board positions in several companies, where I actively have contributed to their strategic development and performance.
