as a real estate agent , i was responsible for facilitating property transactions between buyers and sellers. This includes running marketing and listing properties, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth closing process. other than that, i was responsible for providing valuable market insights to clients and helping them make informed decisions. i also assist in setting competitive prices, coordinating inspections, and navigating the legal aspects of real estate transactions. i learn that effective communication, market knowledge, and strong negotiation skills are the attributes that contribute to my success in matching clients with their ideal properties or buyers. however i decided to stop and further my studies in bachelors degree.

this was my first experience working as a retailer. it was fun and challenging at the same time where i have to engage with customers and pursue them to register our PERKS loyalty card as well as assisting them on making decisions to buy. other than that, i have to do up selling and cross selling to make more sales in order to reach our outlet’s daily target sales. i also was in charge of handling the cashier.
