Created and managed the plan, budget, design, testing, development & quality processes for the new management system for Call-Centres´s along Europe, focused in the retention department. Deployed the program within budget and time in collaboration with the global IT department bases in Hon-Kong.• Designed the strategy for replacement of the current Billing&Collections processes, particularity in those ones related to billing and finance information, and their exchange with our different providers and banks. Design, analysis and implementation of a bunch of applications for the massive and automatic treatment of paying information over .NET. Increased Revenue per User was over 50%,• Impact analysis for the implementation to the new corporate application for insurance management, including the definition of new requirements according to the needs of European market.• Collaboration with Country Managers for the definition of analysis tools in order to increase the visibility over the revenue of sales campaigns all over Europe.• Managed the End to End project.
