• Litigated over 40 jury trials, including, pretrial motions, witness preparation, jury selection, direct and cross examinations, and opening and closing arguments. • 40 jury trials included drug crimes, violent crimes, property crimes, domestic violence crimes, animal cruelty crimes, white collar crimes, driving while impaired cases, firearm cases, and habitual felons. • As a Superior Court Prosecutor, I managed a caseload of over 300 felonies, which included consulting with law enforcement agencies, complying with discovery statutes, preparing indictments, interviewing witnesses, preparing legal briefs and motions, conducting case law research, engaging in plea bargaining, litigating motions and jury trials, and assisting with appellate issues.
