Taoglas Ltd provide antenna solutions for Telematics, M2M, Automotive, POS, AVL, Tracking & Mobile Devices. I was the first employee in the Irish office and was responsible for the following:Ordering system, tracking orders and all communication with the customers.Marketing, catalogs, sales presentations, website development, event planning, management and attendance.Sales support, supporting Joint CEO with travel arrangements and diary planning and dealing directly with customers and distributors on any support they needed.Shipping products to customers, fulfilling orders. Bookkeeping, invoicing, debt collection, cash flow management, expenses and all outgoing payments, dealing with Revenue, submitting VIES reports.Office management, ordering supplies, dealing with phone company and Broadband.Documentation requests - editing and preparing product specifications. Set up all company templates.Creating part numbers as needed and daily liaison with the Taiwan office.Customer Services, was the main contact with customers, agents and distributors, provided quotations, lead-times, helped pull orders in for customers and dealing with any issues they had.
