My role within the company is ensuring that customers coming into Customer Support have a smooth transition from the project phase to a live support while ensuring there are no blockers that might cause difficulty while supporting the customer. This entailed both internal and external meetings with the project teams while also providing an introduction to CoreHR Customer Support. I also create customers monthly support reports which are distributed to the customer base. On a daily bases I deal with customer queries, Salesforce administration while also supporting the Director of Customer Support. Outside of my department I am one of the original members of the Cultural Champions in CoreHR, I was part of the shaping and creation of the our companies culture and values which have now been integrated into the business and used as part of employee evaluations. Being a Culture Champion has given me the opportunity to present to our Senior Executive team on numerous occasions and also our Fiscal Launch.Typical Duties included:- Customer handovers from GO-LIVE to Customer Support- Creating monthly customer support reports- Handing client queries- Salesforce administration - Supporting the Director of Customer Support and the Customer Support Managers- Collaborating with other teams on cross functional projects- Jostle (Intranet) Champion for Customer Support- Culture Champion- ISO Champion for Customer Support

Vision Blue is a software company that provides bespoke insolvency software packages for clients in the financial industry. My role within the company is as a testing and development executive along with providing onsite end user training throughout Ireland and the UK.Typical Duties included:- Testing the quality and accuracy of new packages- Ensure that the software is in line with client requirements- Developing training material bespoke to our clients both Irish & UK based- Delivering onsite end user training- Dealing with software engineers- Reporting on quality metrics and identifying areas of improvement- Handing client queries- Ensure regulatory compliance of all software and materials across both the Irish & UK market
