Coming from a background in occupational psychology, I have extensive experience in designing and delivering development interventions; both at an individual level as well as in group forums, across public and private sectors.I graduated from UCD with an honours psychology degree in 1998; and gained a First in my Masters in Social & Organisational Psychology. I initially worked with the Training and Development Unit in UCD, and subsequently joined Goldsmith Fitzgerald Partnership (Talent Management consultancy) and later Pathway (Learning & Development Consultancy). I established my own Talent Management Consultancy in 2009 in addition to working as a Senior Associate with a number of boutique consulting firms. I assumed the role of Course Director for the Diploma in Career Coaching with the DIT (2011-2014).
