Architected, designed and currently delivering the Network Assurance, Service Assurance transformation component of the Simplification program within the OSS portfolio. This is the single largest investment in the OSS space in over 10 years and when complete later this year will result in the decommissioning of 13 legacy tools and platforms.

Senior operations and support engineer for a multi-national telecommunications network vendor. Responsible for the solution design, installation, configuration and deployment of value added service systems for mobile telecommunications network providers around the world. This involved building the hardware, on-site installation, network integration, configuration, testing, operational handover and training.

Agile developer in a local scrum team, forming part of a larger globally distributed agile delivery stream. Designed, developed and delivered code to enable the next generation of Intel's embedded network processors. Included in this role was technical writing of the functional and design specification documentation as well as a full test cycle and multiple peer code reviews. Buddy programming within the team was also encouraged specifically for the newer functionality of the chip.

Part of a 5 person team involved in the full testing process for a new airline engineering maintenance system. This involved writing tests, running them, reporting bugs discovered and communication of any other issues that may have been discovered during the course ofthe testing process.
