Mi piace pensare che gli incontri non siano casuali e che ci stiamo conoscendo per un motivo già noto o da scoprire insieme. Mi auguro che il tempo che trascorreremo insieme ci possa regalare un messaggio, magari un’indicazione della strada da percorrere per raggiungere i nostri obiettivi.Sono una persona curiosa, con tante domande e in continua ricerca di risposte, mosso dal desiderio di migliorare me stesso e le persone che incontro.Ho iniziato a lavorare nel 1999 costituendo una start-up IT per lo sviluppo di soluzioni multimediali per la formazione a distanza. Dal 2010 ho iniziato a svolgere attività di consulenza nell’ambito della gestione di progetti e programmi di innovazione. Contestualmente ho iniziato il percorso che mi ha portato oggi ad essere un trainer e un coach specializzato nell’ambito del Project Management e nel coaching di team ad alte prestazioni.Nel 2022 ho fondato Agile Made in Italy, una Comunità di Pratica che promuove la diffusione della cultura Agile in Italia, presentando nuove modalità di concepire il proprio lavoro e quello di un team. Una comunità di pratica che racconta esperienze concrete di miglioramento e di raggiungimento degli obiettivi.Oggi collaboro con enti di formazione ed aziende private italiane, sono docente e coach nell’ambito della gestione tradizionale e agile di progetti complessi e innovativi. Sono un docente autorizzato presso il Project Management Institute e presso l’International Consortium for Agile. Sono un volontario per il PMI Southern Italy Chapter dove ricopro il ruolo di responsabile del branch Puglia.Come Agile Coach facilito la trasformazione aziendale verso la Business Agility. Alcune delle aziende con cui ho collaborato: Mercedes Benz Italia, Toyota Financial Service, ENEL, Poste Italiane, ACEA, BonPrix, e altre.
