● Preparation of different culture media; Solid, liquid and with agricultural by-products.● Maintenance of ectomycorrhiza (EcM) and saprophytic fungi collection. ● MTT assay and fluorescence microscopy to assess the activity of EcM Pisolitus tinctortius spore’s activity.● Establishment and maintenance of microcosms assay and petri-dish microcosms of Pinus pinaster seedlings inoculated with P. tinctorius.● Production of saprophytic fungi inoculum in different media: solid, liquid, grain, sawdust, apple-pomace. ● Quantification of proteins with different methods: Lowry and Bradford. ● DNA and Protein extraction and ITS fungal sequence amplification.● Statistical analysis.● Projects: “Ectomycorrhiza as a tool for improving urban trees resilience” and “MycoLina - Mushrooms from the past, protein for the future” project.

o Regular and intensive maintenance work: • Identification, removal techniques and monitoring of exotic species associated of risk of fire and ecological degradation. o Ecological rehabilitation of forest area: densification of native species. o Coordination of activities with groups; schools, companies, and community initiatives
