Vision 4 was an early pioneer of Customer Service / CRM software in the UK during the 90s, renamed Gemini Affinitas in 1999 and sold c.2004 to Touchpaper plc.The core product "Gemini"​, used by around 200 companies in the UK (including Sony, B&Q, 3Com) and Europe (notably ING bank) became acclaimed by users for its flexibility, short term ROI and ease of implementation and use.* Founding director and architect of "Gemini"​. Grew the company to around fifteen employees.* Defined development, sales, marketing and financial strategies. Defined internal procedures and IT systems to support the business.* Established and managed international partners. Performed senior client contact roles.* Other projects: Design and development of an online-banking system, and networking infrastructure for client's European operations.
