Mark Ain's entrepreneurial spirit led to the creation of Kronos Incorporated in 1977. He is the Founder, former Chairman of the Board and former Chief Executive Officer of the global workforce management provider. Under Ain's leadership, Kronos sustained one of the longest records of growth and profitability in the software industry - 111 consecutive quarters of revenue growth and 82 quarters of profitability. As a public company (1992-2007), Kronos was recognized as one of only two public software companies to achieve profitable growth 18 years or more.As investor, director and adviser, Mark works with entrepreneurs and has contributed to the success and growth of many organizations. As a Trustee at the University of Rochester, he has played an instrumental role in the campus wide entrepreneurial initiatives.
