I am a design and planning leader with over 20 years of experience in the built environment sector with a particular focus on retail, hospitality and workplace sectors.Having lived in Finland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Hong Kong, I have a distinct global perspective to my work.I thrive on leading and managing complex initiatives in dynamic environments while ensuring both quality and the ‘big picture’ objectives are met. I am passionate about creating agile, purposeful and aesthetic spaces that attract and promote the sense of belonging and meet the demands of the rapidly changing world.I hold an MBA in Construction and Real Estate from University College of Estate Management, UK. As part of my academic journey at UCEM, I focused on studying workplace strategies, and I am a co-author of number of research publications on agile working and new ways of working. I have held a number of voluntary roles, including Co-Chair and Vice Chair of Australian Chamber of Commerce 'Construction, Property and Infrastructure' (CPI) Committee.During weekends and evenings you will most likely find me somewhere by the water, either swimming or enjoying Outrigger Canoe (OC) and Dragonboat paddling.
