The system collects feedback from various channels and all the feedback is then handled by a retailer or a specialist at Kesko. In 2018-2020 the use of the system expanded beyond Grocery trade to Build and technical trade and the customer service team of Kesko's loyalty program, Plussa. I acted as a link between the developers and the users (both consumers and internal system users): wrote user stories, prioritized the backlog and tested the system before updates. In addition, I kept the manuals up to date and recorded instruction videos, coached future users of the feedback system, and presented the latest figures and developments where needed. I also collaborated with other teams on various projects - my favorite projects were integrating some artificial intelligence to the system, and improving the accessibility of the feedback form.I also managed the NPS survey for grocery trade and reported the latest findings as needed.
