Key Responsibilities:· Ensuring that optimum service levels are achieved within the Call Center on a monthly, daily and intra-day basis in order to drive up service level consistency performance· Monitor agent schedule adherence using real-time adherence software and call out non-adherent events to Operations.· Analyse and identify potential issues before they occur and make the necessary recommendations to improve resources e.g. shift patterns, optimization, reducing shrinkage· Runs and analyzes reports with the result of making recommendations for adjusting staffing levels to meet departmental productivity and profitability goals.· Keys daily exceptions requests, updates schedules and responds to escalated issues and ad-hoc requests.· Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.
