• To carry out data collection and analysis; all records and reports to be kept safe• Compliance to the work and the work process• Collect relevant data of the industry; and regularly provide data with references value in the industry to form an analysis report• Transfer data from excel to another database platform.• Assist with client enquiries by responding through emails• Conduct Zoom meeting with clients to give guidance regarding micro credentials• Evaluate Micro credentials submission to be approve, query or reject. • Involve in multiple project that are correlated to one another.• Handling training events, and generate reports from the events• Collect information of training being conducted.• To assist the Manager in all administrative and analytical work.• Other duties as assigned by superior and Director.

• Operate scanning system and purchasing details of the customer and handle the customer checkout with their payments.• Calculate the amount of sales that the store made daily and ensure no miscalculations to avoid loss.• Weekly updates to manager regarding stores sales, product in-stores and out stores, customers’ issues and facilities issues• Stock control by doing daily stock take and weekly stock take. • Product display and organise• Manage stores facilities to make sure its functional and outlet cleanliness• Always check for stock in and stock out of product to avoid displaying expired items• Handle supplier receipt and ensure amounts that received is the same as ordered • Outlet compliance in closing and opening on time and efficiently

• Register sales on cash register by scanning the item• Collect, check and verify money cash from customer to ensure the correct amount• Focus and flexible to work in fast and efficient pace during peak hours• Itemize total purchase of customer and calculate total sales of the day through cash and credit
