As the General Secretary, I led the administrative operations of the organization, overseeing the work of four key bureaus: Secretariat, Finance, Research and Data, and Human Resources. I ensured smooth coordination and effective communication between the board, members, and students, utilizing various platforms such as email, messaging groups, and social media.This experience strengthened my skills in leadership, organization, and cross-departmental collaboration, allowing me to contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of the organization.

In my role as Co-Mentor, I successfully supported over 40 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in obtaining and registering essential business licenses, including permits, trademarks, and halal certifications. I developed and implemented digital marketing strategies for 30 SMEs, enhancing their online presence through effective content creation and advertising campaigns.I conducted financial feasibility analyses, including cash flow assessments and financial projections, to aid entrepreneurs in their business planning and attract potential investors. Additionally, I provided training to over 20 account officers across four financial institutions, as well as motivational workshops for more than 60 SME owners, which significantly improved their managerial skills and promoted sustainable business growth.

My responsibilities included the creation and submission of business licenses, conducting financial feasibility analyses, and fostering business collaborations.I also contributed to marketing initiatives, including product photography and market analysis, which helped SMEs enhance their growth potential. This experience provided me with valuable insights into community development and the practical application of business principles in a supportive environment.
