1. Developing, controlling & execution of plant annual Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects. Capex budget in excess of RM10 Million.2. Manage projects in various stage of activities including the preparation of scope of work, evaluation of contractor’s cost & technical proposals, construction management, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, inter-department coordination3. Monitoring assigned capex budget to ensure no cost overrun4. To plan project schedule, forecasting engineering activities and procurement of materials required for project to ensure timely completion of project.5. Resolution of technical issues with external consultants, equipment manufacturers & material suppliers to ensure project technical objectives are met6. Onsite monitoring of contractor activities to ensure safety and quality objectives are met7. Performing technical and feasibility studies with plant department heads to suggest plant improvements for value addition, longevity of systems, equipment and structure

1. Monitor and inspect projects such as Mechanical / Process Piping, Plumbing & Sanitary system, HVAC system and Fire Protection systems to ensure compliance with design documents and statutory requirements.2. Manage projects in various stage of activities including the preparation of scope of work, sub contracts, and customer proposals.3. To prepare and monitor project budgets to control cost and kept to clients’ budget requirements.4. To plan project schedule, forecasting engineering activities and procurement of materials required for project to ensure timely completion of project.5. Preparing and providing technical interpretation of design documents in support of installation such as checking of piping layout, Isometric and schematic drawings.

1. Responsible for liaising with Engineering team on technical drawings, layout and clients specifications, clarifying pipe sizes, fittings and grade used in accordance with the isometric drawings and P&ID2. Prepares planned schedule for logistic and manpower arrangements under the supervision of senior team members and responsible for MTO take off and follow up.3. Performs supervision on site to ensure piping fabrication and installation work have been safely and appropriately executed according to the piping scope of work and as per drawings and clients’ specifications4. Coordinates with other production team members, subcontractors and consultants to resolve technical issues on-site which affect the piping schedule and project deliverables5. Liaises with QA/QC, owners, statutory and classification authorities for piping fabrication and testing.6. Performs on-site checks on the recorded checklists, ensuring the information is accurate and generates reports on work progress for senior team members’ review

Preparing and submission of Project Progress Claims, Variation Orders.6. Attending site meetings and liaising with Main Contractor, Clients/Owners, sub- contractors, and discipline engineers.7. Responsible for field construction activities for piping fabrication, field erection, testing and pre-commissioning8. Additional responsibilities in Civil and Steel Structure Works.

Performing site execution planning and control4. Resolution of site issues, incident report preparation and submission.5. Onsite coordination with main contractor and subcontractor.6. Raising purchase requisitions and material take-off7. Controlling and updating document list including submission, distribution and updating of datasheets files, drawing, QA/QC documents.
