• Assist in preparing, reviewing and drafting legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and memoranda.• Support in creating and organizing legal documents for administrative purposes.• Support in handling day-to-day legal matters and coordinate communication with external parties.

• Drafting and reviewing all contracts, vendor agreement and agreement regarding project or corporate action where the company had to ensure that all the legal risk have been identified is handled properly.• Make coordination and prepared document with internal departments (HR and Marketing) and external party (NDA and contracts).• Filling and renew all legal documents.
