My name is Tian Chao. I was born in Harbin, China, in 1984. I have graduated from Harbin Normal University (HRBNU) since 2007. I majored in Information and Computational Science and I got my bachelor's degree. During university, I participated in Contemporary Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling (CUMCM) at 2005, and got the first prize in group A. After graduation, I joined Sunshine Property & Casualty Insurance Company. My job is Secretary. In 2010, I began working for Heilongjiang Association of Insurance. In 2014, I served as the General Office director. During this time, I was awarded the advanced worker of the Heilongjiang Federation of Social Science Circles (HFSSC) System. In 2017, I published The Comparative Research on Anti-Fraud Policies of Commercial Insurance and Social Insurance in Journal of Heilongjiang Insurance. After that, I left for Beijing and worked for Chinese Association for Cryptologic Research (CACR). I was responsible for the management of members and branches. In 2018, I joined China Health Insurance Research Association (CHIRA). My job is Assistant Research. During this time, I participated in the research and management of Long-term care insurance, Medical insurance evaluation, Medical Aid and other projects. In 2019，I work in Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC). My position is a program officer of Center for Global Public Health. I am responsible for managing two international health cooperation programs. Frist, Joint Prevention and Control of Cross-border Infectious Diseases in the Greater Mekong Subregion; Second, China-Laos Medical Services Community.That's all.
