- Updates outsourced employee database and or personal data on a monthly basis.- Facilitates the documentation of performance appraisal, absorption, and incident reports in terms of pull out, suspension dates, and replacement of outsourced employees.- Schedule meeting or interviews for case investigation through respective agencies, as necessary.- Verifies and processes the received agency billing in a timely and accurate manner.- Creates strategic partnerships with agencies to achieve long term goals.- Co-responsible in recruitment, selection and evaluation of manpower agencies.- Conduct pre-hiring General Company Orientation to outsourced employees.- Monitors and initiates the renewal of Service Agreement between the Company and Outsourced Agency.- Recommends for the creation or revision of new policies, announcements, and processes.- Coordinates any other concerns of the Company to the respective Outsourced Agencies.
