Camp Ten Trees is a Seattle-based nonprofit organization offering residential camp sessions for children and youth connected to LGBTQ communities. Campers, as well as volunteer staffers, come to the summer camp sessions from the Pacific Northwest, across the US, and beyond.Responsibilities:~ Organizational Stewardship~ Fund Development & Fundraising Events~ Financial Management & Bookkeeping~ Communications & Relationship Building~ Volunteer Coordination~ Supervision and Support of Camp Director~ Event Planning and Management~ Evaluation and Assessment~ Outreach, Community Collaboration, and Coalition Building~ Infrastructure Building~ Fun and Silliness

* Programming: Designed, implemented, and evaluated agency programming, consisting of ongoing and short term support, discussion, and skills-building groups serving LGBTQA people as well as people affected by HIV/AIDS* Training & Support: Trained, supervised, supported, and evaluated peer group facilitator volunteers.* Fund Development: Held sole responsibility for the organization's largest annual fund raising event: a month-long, volunteer-staffed Christmas tree lot that brought in a significant portion of each year's annual operating budget.
