In my role as a Resident Aide at Western Home Communities, I provide personalized care to residents by assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming. I support residents with mobility, monitor their health status, and communicate any changes to the nursing team. Engaging residents in social activities, assisting with meals, and maintaining a clean living environment are also part of my responsibilities. Upholding safety standards, offering emotional support, and creating a compassionate and supportive atmosphere for residents are aspects of my role that I find incredibly rewarding.
