His present company was founded in 1997 and incorporated in January 1998, as M&M Keller, Inc. with Air Quality Solutions (AQS) as a d/b/a entity.He serves as the President and sole owner of the corporation, also as the consultant, chief inspector, and trainer. Michael has supervised and overseen a project manager and another consultant-in-training. This has included food processing, printing, metal fabrication, wood fabrication and just about anywhere that people breathe air.

Additionally, a training class is held for each election and a preparation time is also held for each election. The Judge coordinates with the county election officials, receiving all ballots, machines and other documents necessary to conduct a lawful election. Furthermore, the Judge, together with the Inspectors and clerks, opens the polls and manages the election day process. At the close of the day, the Judge is responsible for closing the polls, collating all ballots and counters and returning these sealed documents to Election Headquarters.
