Joined in GrandVision in Feb 2015 as Head of Accounting, then be promoted to Finance Controller in Oct 2015. Leading Financial controlling department, which covered Reporting, Accounting, Taxes, Treasury, and Internal Audits. Be promoted as Head of Finance in Feb 2019, overall charge Finance Department, include Budget, FP&A, Reporting, Accounting, Tax, Treasure, and Internal Audit, plus Legal and Business Development functions. In 2019 lead the company achieved highest Comparable Sales growth and EBITA improvement in last 5 years, and lead finance team achieved No 2 in group finance dashboard in 2019.

As the Finance Manager, lead overall Finance Department, include Accounting, Taxes, Treasury, Business related (Company set-up, Transfer, Deregister), Communication with related Government Department, Recruitment and Supervise team members. The mainly achievement is improved all the working flows and circles in Accounting Department to make the whole team working more efficiency and accuracy, to avoid the potential risks for the company

As the Finance and Administrative Manager, Lead all the daily works of Finance and Admin Department, include Accounting, Taxes, Treasury,　Planning & Reporting Analysis, and Business related (Company set-up, Transfer, Deregister), Communication with related Government Department, Recruitment and Supervise team members, and all administrative related daily works.

As Regional Finance Manager of Decathlon North Region from 2010, and before this, as the Finance Supervisor of North Region in Year 2009 and East Region Supervisor in 2008.
