Through my expertise in crafting high fidelity product designs, I create visually stunning prototypes which have been showcased at major conferences and events around the world. With a keen eye for detail, I have helped to guide these companies towards success by providing them with cutting-edge design and technical solutions.

As the Lead UX Designer for the Cloud.google.com website, I played a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. From designing and developing customer-facing interfaces to constantly A/B testing design concepts to improve conversions, to ensure our website was both visually compelling and streamlined. Collaborating closely with product and marketing teams, I implemented developer friendly designs and solutions to enhance user engagement and optimize conversion rates.

As the Head of User Experience and Frontend Engineering at Firebase, my primary responsibility was to oversee the design and development of all customer-facing products and brand materials. I led a cross-functional team in developing a friendly, inviting brand identity and user experience for the Firebase platform. In addition, I was responsible for managing the frontend engineering team's workflow, ensuring code quality and consistency in design, and driving innovation in the user experience design process.

As the Head of UX and Frontend Engineering for AdRoll, my main focus was on designing and improving customer-facing products, both new and existing. I led a talented team of UX designers and front-end developers, and together, we worked to deliver top-quality user experiences across AdRoll's product portfolio. Using data-driven insights and customer feedback, I spearheaded redesign efforts to improve user engagement and drive revenue growth. I also played a hands-on role in delivering prototypes and wireframes, and providing detailed guidance to the development team as they brought these designs to life. As a result, AdRoll was able to stay ahead of the curve in the competitive ad tech landscape.

I collaborated closely with the Executive Team on a major initiative to rebrand and redesign our website, product, and marketing materials. Six months after the launch of the rebrand, Mailgun was acquired by Rackspace, a testament to the value of the design overhaul in strengthening the company's market position.

I am proud to have conceptualized, built, and launched a highly-effective task and project management solution that inspires daily productivity among users. I designed and developed a marketing website to showcase product features and streamlined the sign-up process for both free and paid accounts. In addition, I built a fast-loading, responsive web application that integrated web-sockets for real-time updates across networks and browsers. To ensure a seamless user experience, I also implemented a credit card payment and processing system. As a result of these efforts, I successfully achieved a base of thousands of active users and secured favorable press coverage from leading publications such as Web.AppStorm, KillerStartups, AddictiveTips, and others.

I worked closely with the CEO to design and develop a professional pre-launch website, which served as a critical tool for fundraising and recruiting efforts.

In my role as a Front End Designer and Engineer, I was responsible for developing cutting-edge user interfaces that required creative and innovative JavaScript development. I focused on improving the user experience of the existing worker interface, which is used by millions of people around the world. Using various A/B testing methodologies, I was able to measure the quality, productivity, and efficiency of different designs, ensuring that all users could work in a streamlined and effective manner.

As a contract designer, I played a key role in collaborating with the CEO of AppDirect to design and optimize various aspects of the AppDirect's Developer Center, Marketing Website, and Application. My expertise allowed me to improve the workflow within the existing application and develop new sections of the website. Working closely with the development team, I was able to implement the latest design trends to ensure that the AppDirect’s properties remained modern, easy to use, and visually appealing.

As the Lead Designer and an Engineer at Threadsy my primary responsibilities was redesigning and engineering the product to accommodate new features in an organized, simple, and effective manner. Working closely with the CEO, Product Manager, and V.P. of Engineering, I collaborated on the planning and implementation of new product features.

As the lead designer and developer for PropellShops, I was responsible for overseeing the complete redesign and development of our unique website and personalized store application. As part of this role, I also managed a small team of developers to ensure that the website accurately represented our brand and aligned with our users' needs. PropellShops was an innovative platform that allowed customers to create their own online stores and sell personalized merchandise, using custom images and artwork.

As the Head of User Experience & Design at Turnitin, I managed the creative direction for all web applications, websites, online marketing, print campaigns, company branding, and identity. Working closely with the executive team, I developed the creative vision for new products and services, and executed on that vision by creating and implementing all parts of design. My role also included collaborating with developers to ensure that our users had a rewarding web experience, by implementing the best design practices and coding techniques into our products. The range of products I worked on was diverse, including turnitin.com, ithenticate.com, writecheck.com, turnitinadmissions.com, and plagiarism.org.

As the lead designer and developer, I was responsible for managing the design and development of all web content. My role required creating visually appealing web pages to attract new members while providing valuable information to existing clients. In addition, I worked directly with the General Manager to develop new sections of the website to meet the company's evolving needs.
