With over 16 years of experience in humanitarian innovation, program design, monitoring and evaluation, GIS and data analysis, Andrew Schroeder is a global leader in applying data science for crisis response and global health. As the Vice President of Research and Analysis at Direct Relief, a humanitarian aid organization that operates in over 80 countries, he oversees the use of AI, geographic information systems (GIS) and other data science tools to improve the delivery and impact of humanitarian assistance.
