At the time of my joining of sugar industry,It was the erection period of factory and was very good opportunity for me as learning point of view,so I took full benefit of it,all types of equipment was erected, trialled and taken operation in front of me,, such as cane handling system, milling station,boilers house,power house and my process house,after erection of the plant a very successful trial of the factory was executed with good results, It was very pleasant experience for me, so as a trainee team member I took very active part in erection as well as operation of the factory especially process house with keen interest and fervor and got practical training and knowledge as a sugar technologist.Resultantly, after my one year training, I was promoted as shift chemist .It was very enthusiastic and encouraging for me. So,I started my practical job as shift Chemist(Shift in charge officer).
