I am a transportation engineering graduate student passionate about traffic engineering, data analysis, transportation planning, and leveraging artificial intelligence and technology to optimize traffic flow and transportation networks. I am experienced in notable projects including DMS, CCTV, and lighting installations along I-69, fiber optic replacement across I-70, and analysis of change orders for INDOT highway projects.With the transportation industry evolving through the emergence of electric vehicles (EVs) and connected and autonomous vehicles (CAVs), I have developed a keen interest in this cutting-edge domain. Thus far, my work in this area has revolved around exploring the implications of CAV integration into transportation networks, devising relevant policies for the EV and CAV era, studying human perception of CAVs, enhancing their feeling of safety, and developing algorithms for CAVs so that their behavior aligns with human preferences.
