Participating in liquidations of large companies.- Establishing limited liability and joint-stock companies according to Saudi Company Law. - Following up with relevant authorities and drafting necessary documents such as bylaws, shareholder resolutions, and shareholders' agreements. - Amending bylaws and transforming the legal entity of companies. - Handling commercial registration certificates, trade name reservations, and mergers. - Registering trademarks, updating commercial agencies and Assisting foreign companies in obtaining investment licenses and opening branches.- Participating in drafting contracts for major projects using the FIDIC contract system and simple contracts including equipment contracts, design and implementation contracts, turnkey project contracts, engineering, procurement, and construction contracts, projects' operation contracts, and purchase and lease contracts.

- Learning the fundamental principles of governance in financial institutions including understanding the roles and responsibilities of management, board members, and other key stakeholders in financial institutions.- Understanding how to combat money laundering and terrorist financing involving learning about the methods and techniques used to launder money and finance terrorism, as well as the legal and regulatory frameworks in place to prevent and detect such activities.- Learning about the regulatory and compliance requirements for financial institutions in relation to money laundering and terrorist financing prevention.- Understanding the role of financial institutions in preventing and detecting money laundering and terrorist financing.
