I work presently in a boutique hotel as the Food and beverage supervisor and assistant manager. A position quite challenging, but interesting and educating.I have commendable communication skill (oral &written) as well as the ability to relate well with individuals from all walks of life, with equal respect, and due diligence. A fast learner with high adaptability skills, a high sense of professionalism with innovative solutions. I worked at at a five star restaurant, where I  functioned as both front desk  and customer care officer, and got promoted as a floor supervisor in a year.My job description entailed acting as the first contact with guests, handling emails and phone calls, resolving guest issues and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.I am a very friendly, observant and compassionate person, and my past work experience has helped me in learning the rules of engagement applicable to various people, and to me it's a key ingredient in running a successful business or company.This also gives me an ace in listening to people, knowing how to be diplomatic and professional in attending to them,therefore promoting  the image of  the brand or company I work for and helping them to resolve complaints and issues calmly.
