I have worked in the medical field for the last 16 years. I have held both lead and charge positions as a Respiratory Therapist. In my current position I conduct interviews for my department as well as sit in on the interview team for other departments. I am responsible for staff and new employee training and education. I have dedicated many years to direct patient care and desire to transition into administration. Although I love patient care, I am seeking to further my ability to serve in the administrative setting.
