I administer undeliverable mail items returned to the RRB by the Post Office and other governmental agencies. I compile and track data into the Universal System while monitoring and reporting system (USTAR). I allocate operations to other RRB personnel though USTAR to ensure timely completion. Oversee all mail, reports, and Medicare cards by confirming accuracy and timely delivery of information. I retain accurate counts of Medicare cards and logs for RUIA mail by developing and maintaining excel databases. I answer inquiries via telephone, written responses, and electronic medium from labor / railroad officials, government agencies, welfare organizations, claimants, attorneys, and others.
