Manages, supervises and handles the Human Capital, Administration, Marketing and Information Technology aspects of the business. Making sure that these departments perform well and contribute to the company’s bottom line.The CAO sets the mood for its work culture, especially in matters of team collaboration and employee contribution to ideas that will grow the company internally and externally.

Responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness through leading and executing talent management strategies in support of the Division's objectives. Develops and implements Division oriented initiatives to attract, retain, develop, manage and motivate a highly qualified work force. Provides counsel on talent decisions including manpower planning, organization and succession planning and effective utilization of talent. Represents the view of the organization and succession planning and effective utilization of talent.Including Board Training for the boards across the group, creating training for potential board members, developing Talent Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, L&D strategies and guidelines for the group and implemented it for the top executive leaders in the group. Also including Job and department analysis, Job Description and evaluation.

The purpose of this position is to manage each of the leadership development programmes with a central integration function ensuring the integration between the programme levels and their synergies. It also ensures projects are delivered and all components of the programme are coordinated in very effective manner. This position is responsible for organizing the project team to complete the project to scope, schedule and budget, also responsible of quality delivery of the program.
