I am working as an HR Manager, responsible for supporting and maintaining workforce headcount to meet business requirements. Primary duties and responsibilities are as follows:- Developed and implemented effective recruitment strategies, procedures, and practices that will result in attracting and retaining the highest qualified candidates.-Managed all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle for vacant positions, through proactive search to find the potential candidates for specific requirements as well as pipelining efforts by utilizing various methods (i.e. networking, LinkedIn, Job Boards, referrals, organizational affiliations, online searches, Internet postings, user/technical groups, cold calling, database management, internet mining)- Lead HR operations including medical insurance, appraisals, offers, transfers, compensation, and legal compliance issues- Developed and maintained client and vendor relationships with new and existing clients for a smooth flow of business operations.- Maintaining employees’ records to track employee performance over time, identify areas where employees need improvement, and document disciplinary actions.
