I had worked on several corporate governance matters including capital increase, OGMs and EGMs. Furthermore, I was in charge of drafting and reviewing a University’s Internal Regulations, students’ handbook and formation of the disciplinary committee. I had also reviewed and translated multiple legal documents.

During my internship, I delved deeply into corporate law, gaining valuable experience in legal research, translation, and contract reviewing. Through hands-on tasks, I honed my skills in analyzing legal documents, interpreting complex legal language, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of contracts. This experience provided me with a solid foundation in corporate law and practical insights into the legal processes within a corporate setting

I got extensively immersed in various legal research projects including financial leasing and factoring, Egyptian Investment Law’s incentives and guarantees. Also, I have attended Intellectual Property sessions which has enhanced my knowledge in such a field.

I had my first encounter with several legal documents including franchising contracts, OGMs, EGMs and litigation memoranda. I was solely responsible for the translation of several contracts.
