Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.Good knowledge of Networking Equipment such as LAN / WAN / Routers / Switches / Cameras etc.MS Office Tools: Word, Excel, Power Point and Good knowledge in Outlook Configuration.Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks; talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Shift wise work will be required as per the requirement of the operations and providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports Supporting the roll-out of new applications/ new projects setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
