As a paralegal for Legal Aid Society of Milwaukee, I act as the liaison between the law firm, partners of the Milwaukee Rental Housing Resource Center and our community clients. The role allowed me to become an experienced collaborator and an effective communicator with internal and external clients. I also manage dashboards for Zengine and Now Pow to ensure maximum reach to our client base, create visualization tools to express legal needs and trends, and maintain statistical and spreadsheet models for reporting, workflow adjustments and case management purposes.

Processed all HQ incoming mail and all outgoing mail and shipments including regional and division mail.• Responsible for all employee photos and security badges for all HQ staff and guests.
