I work at a not-for-profit organisation as a fundraiser and bid writer. I have previously contributed to several online publications as a writer, covering topics such as environmental issues, education, and culture. In return, I would offer them support in theiradministrative and marketing work, which led to a paid role after I had finished myresearch. Here, the site was very public-focused, allowing visitors to survey the growingareas, farm animals, and a store that sold produce. I learned about the challenges theteam and management faced, agricultural schemes, and the complexities of landmanagement on the ground.
