I perform and practice improv comedy weekly. We perform locally here in the SLC area. I am a part of the largest most diverse improv troop in Utah. Experience writing and performing stand up comedy as well as teaching improv skills to new students.

Managed logistics accounts throughout the shipping process. Including but not limited to entering orders, tracking loads, setting appointments, updating customers with any delays on pick up and deliveries. Calculated rates as well as additional fees and added to the orders. Worked with planners in areas getting loads updated. Updated warehouse on any of my clients inbound orders. Followed up on any disputes and claims, as well as invoicing.

Answered incoming customer service calls, updated client information in our database software. Provided excellent service to our clients, solved any issues or escalated as needed. Able to multi-task concurrently, prioritizing and accurately completing them in a stressful environment. Logistic duties including covering loads for our clients, finding last minute expedited carriers for clients, booked carriers, contacting shippers/clients and providing necessary information to ship. Educating clients on best options for their needs. I started as a CSR Level 1 and worked to advance to Level 3. I was later promoted and moved to our Fulfillment department. I was the primary back up for the Fulfillment Senior Account Manager in all duties and operational needs including managing the other CSR’s productivity, making sure the team had assistance as well as stayed on task and completed their work duties. I updated current SOP’s and created new ones we needed. Updated the team on any changes to make sure they understood our new procedures. I was the lead when my Supervisor was out for the day.

Acting under licensed staff, my duties performed included: distributing medications throughout the day to patients, including insulin. Acted within EMT scope of practice to assess, treat, and coordinate patient care. Responded to emergencies within my area and provided back up for partner areas if needed. Provided first aid and emergency aid when needed. Communicated with charge nurse and infirmary with any emergent situations and treated patient accordingly. Transported patients to infirmary when needed. Documented assessment, care, and orders in the patient medical record. Updated patients on upcoming appointments or changes in medications or treatments. Main liaison between patients and providers. Reported any immediate medical concerns to the infirmary if patient needed to be seen before normal scheduled time. Became a senior EMT, responsible for training new hire EMT's in the protocols and job duties.

Pro Star is one of the leading 3PL resellers for the transportation industry. Assisted clients with troubleshooting our website as well as any international and domestic shipments. Called new clients to welcome them to Pro Star and assist with any current issues. Contacted clients about any overdue collection invoices via email or phone. Followed up with them on a weekly basis. Tracked problem shipments with customs issues and was the liaison between carrier and client. Sent in new accounts to DHL for the sales reps, kept new account numbers organized. Closed, opened, re-assigned and updated account numbers. Assisted sales reps and clients with any questions. Was also the main contact for DHL Dangerous Goods (DG), submitted requests to ship DG internationally. Created spreadsheets and guides for tracking information and country FAQ's, etc. I worked closely with the manager of our international department.
