Promoted to spearhead end to end business expansion and product growth initiativestowards delivering set revenue and business objectives.Here, I develop and strengthen relationship with key officials in government agencies as wellas drive full cycle planning and execution of 6 major rollouts for new partners.Additionally, I lead the preparation of over 30 comprehensive proposals and presentationdecks while delivering eloquent presentations to heighten interest and close the deal.Key initiatives so far include:- Rolled out eJamin (the first online bailing system in Malaysia) in collaboration with ThePalace of Justice Malaysia within a challenging 6-month deadline.- Initiated a co-marketing program with PTPTN to enhance the utilization of the MyPayplatform for PTPTN loan repayment.- Launched the Majlis Agama Islam Kelantan Zakat payment as well as various local councilspayments on MyPay.

I drive full spectrum marketing and business development initiatives in bringing the latestproduct and services to the public.This includes carrying out business strategies implementation and performance monitoringas well as handling all enquiries, RFQ and RFP as well as carry out preparation andsubmission of government tenders for MAMPU, JPJ, PDRM, SSM and local authorities.In addition to that, I engage existing and potential government agencies in developing newbusiness opportunities.Lastly, I develop strong rapport with key decision makers in strengthening long termbusiness relationship.The key tenders that I have participated included:- GAMMA Application Open Tender- Subsidy Ministry of Finance Tender November- Cashless Society, Integrated Platform Paperwork

Here, I led the day to day marketing activities including staff recruitment and training,performance monitoring, proposal development, post-campaign assessment as well asmonthly sales reporting.This included formulating standard operating procedures to increase the effectiveness andefficiency of the department.Apart from that, I also conducted in-depth analysis of sales performance and comprehensivemarket research in setting the overall business direction.Additionally, I identified and tapped opportunities to expand both offline and onlinecustomer database while implementing customer loyalty and retention programs.Lastly, I monitored and ensured smooth warehousing and order fulfilment activities.
