I have over 18 years of experience in content creation, brand and marketing. My love for content started with the film ET, in 1986. It has given me a perspective that through content few elements can impact emotion, trust and best of all it can deliver the message to an individual. Brands can collaborate with content for a better purpose. Since day 1 of my carrier, I have always been surrounded by creative people. From designing and planning events to creating television programmes. But for the past 8 years, I have allowed myself to gain more experience in management. Understanding how to manage and get it OUT there!The highlight of my carrier are: Managing the only purposed build Television Studio facilities in South East Asia with the strong branding from Pinewood Group and back up from Malaysia investment arm Khazanah Nasional from the start of the TV Studios. I market the Studios and build relationships with creative people around the world. I was also allowed to manage the TV Studios facilities and lighting equipment that includes the best hoist system in the entire world. Therefore, I gain experiences such as managing, planning, content marketing, content development, branding, market research, business development and communications.Clients in the industry such as Netflix, Sony Asia, HBO Asia, Disney Asia, Fox, Astro, MNC and the list goes on. Managing and creating a brand through marketing content together relating the position of the one brand makes the job more interesting. Strategizing and adding it to platforms is just great!. My experience at the no 1 broadcasting company in Malaysia and managed to join the beginning team from the first online platform at the biggest telecommunication company, gives me a great opportunity that involves television, film and media production from end to end together with extensive post-production. This has allowed me to develop good business relationships with the content Producers and content creators in the Media, especially in the entertainment industry around the region, international and local. Lately, I am blessed to meet more SMEs to assist them with branding and position their content for better awareness of their brand. With my current networking and clients, I am open to new challenges and exploring the possibilities to expand my expertise in other industries and other regions of the world.
