VU Bytes is the official Virtual University of Pakistan's monthly e-magazine. My job was to manage a team of 25 people initially to get the magazine on the floor in September 2011. The job entailed choosing the content for publishing, distributing it to the sub editors, checking and re-checking for errors, supervising the designing process with the designers and sending it off to the IT department for online publication.
