Senior It Product Owner
CurrentLead BA/PO MFG Stamping Products- Creating and prioritizing a product backlog that aligns with the product vision and goals, and continuously refining it based on feedback and changing business needs- Coordinating with business and IT stakeholders to define and manage product roadmap and strategy- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. developers, designers, marketers, and quality assurance) to ensure that the product meets customer needs and is delivered on time and within budget-Ensuring that the product backlog items are clearly defined, well understood, and properly estimated by the development team- Acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders (e.g. customers, partners, executives, and other departments) on matters related to the product- Continuously monitoring the product's performance and gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and prioritize future improvements- Create end to end “As-is” and “future state” business process flow diagrams- Execute projects using Agile methodologies. Support 4 scrum teams and participate in scrum ceremonies - Gain an in-depth knowledge of current processes and business practices through shadowing, interviewing key participants, and maintaining an understanding of the supported departments- Create User Acceptance Testing Test Cases and facilitate UAT sessions- Facilitate epic grooming, user story grooming, and quarterly PI planning- Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting for upper managementLead IT BA/Product Owner MFG Cybersecurity Organization: • Served as the lead BA/PO for GM’s Cybersecurity initiatives which provided secure solutions and processes for manufacturing plant floor devices • Delivered strategic roadmaps and project charters•Served as the lead BA/PO for MFG Cybersecurity data analytic transformation to build scalable data driven insights and reduce cyber risk and increase GM's cyber resilience
